1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CloneFast, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. License Grant

Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your projects:

• Unlimited personal and commercial projects.
• Lifetime updates for your tier.
• Modification rights for customization.

3. Restrictions

• No reselling or redistribution of the template code.
• No creating competing boilerplates or templates.
• No sharing GitHub repository access.
• Do not remove copyright notices.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are one-time. Due to immediate digital access, refunds are not available.

5. Repository Access

Access is granted via private GitHub repository invitation. Ensure you provide a valid GitHub username.

6. Support

Starter tier: email support. Pro tier: Discord & 1-on-1 support. Custom dev work is not included.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The template is provided "as-is". No warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Updates & Modifications

We may update the template or these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
