CloneFast License

1. Grant of License

CloneFast grants the following licenses subject to this Agreement:

Personal License

• Create unlimited projects for personal or commercial use.
• Use the template to build apps, websites, or client projects.

2. Permitted Uses

• Create multiple end products using CloneFast.
• Modify, adapt, and customize the template for your projects.
• Use the template in both personal and commercial projects.
• Use it for client projects and deliverables.

3. Restrictions

• Do not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template as-is.
• Do not claim ownership or authorship of CloneFast.
• Do not include it in competing templates or starter kits.
• Do not share your license with unlicensed users.

4. Ownership & IP

CloneFast retains all ownership and intellectual property rights. This license does not transfer ownership to the Licensee.

5. Updates & Support

Updates and support depend on your purchased tier:

• Starter Tier: Lifetime updates and email support.
• Pro Tier: Starter benefits + Discord access and 1-on-1 support.

6. Warranty & Liability

CloneFast is provided "as-is" without warranty. Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from use of the template.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if terms are violated. Use must cease and all copies destroyed upon termination. Existing projects already built can continue running.
